The old system was awful i would get a crappy ready made email - I was like THAT ISNT WHAT I ASKED!

Depends who the support staff are, I'll tell you whether it's a good idea when Mr.MAD announces that.

There's free forum software at phpbb.com too but we use vBulletin instead ;).
