whats was the link linkerd to was it that page or a diffrent one
and look for the padlock
Right click the link > Properties > See if the link actually is sent to Paypal > If so, check for the padlock as Jordan said.
Fake, PayPal wouldn't send an email with all them grammatical errors. Just delete the email.
How hard is it to look over your own scam and check for errors in the grammar and spelling? Or use spellcheck?
Report it to paypal using their report page somewhere on their site.
Report for phishing in your browser and email provider too.
Clearly a scam, the poor grammar, unreasonable story and awful spelling mistakes make it far too obvious :P

Your best bet it to send an e-mail to paypal, better still, forward that e-mail
Paypal cant see activity on your card unless its through paypal, in which case you yourself can view what your past transactions are.
Don't click the link, don't give any details, don't even login

Yeah its fake as they said best to report it so others dont get conned ;]
