Passing out
So today I took the day off school for some personal reasons, I wasn't sick. And mum asked me to clean the birds cage so to cut time I clean the perches and stuff while I was in the shower because I had some studying to get done, about half way through I suddenly felt like I was about to pass out and vomit, I got really sweaty and I was shaking I also got really dizzy. I had to grab a towel and sit on the couch for half an hour before it passed and for about 3 or 4 hours afterwards I was still shaking. It's "that time of the month" for me also.
I have no idea what happened and it only lasted half an hour to forty minutes and the shakes stopped after 3 or 4 hours.
Any ideas?
I'm not keen on going to the doctors because it could just be a one off.

Perhaps you had a heavy flow which caused a low blood supply?
-
Something like that happens to me like every month :P. Anyway ermm did you get like any bad pain? Because that's what causes it for me if not it may be an idea to go and see your doctor & if it keeps happening though you may want to see a doctor as it's not nice at all.

No pain to the person a few above.
It could have just been hot, but yeah. It wasn't a nice feeling.

i get that if my bath is too hot and im in there for too long :p but i dont get the shaking, strange.

It could possibly be head rush.

Head rush?
Whats that?
Today I've felt super tired and had to go to school late and come home and go to bed.. It's strange, I'm exhausted.
And thanks for all your advice so far guys :)
