Halloween Event?

It should of been on Runescape by now?
Does anyone know why it isnt?

Halloween event? hardly and update its normaly on runescape a week before.

Everyone's going crazy and it's mega laggy, so I think I'll wait till later to do it..

Its fine for me just finished the trick or treat thing and got costume :D
