Fable 2, Crackdown, Army of Two and Halo 3 I found to be the most replayable games I own xD
Guitar Hero & Rock Band
Gears of War - co-op.
FIFA, Crackdown and GTA. Oh and Saints Row.
Any of the CoD series, Halo 3.
Any CoD and also any of the Guitar Hero/Rockband's :)
Fifa 09 :)
GTA: San Andreas, it's so enjoyable it's worth re-playing :P
GTA IV, FIFA 09, Halo 3, Crackdown.
That's honestly about it.

The Warriors
Shadow of the colossus
Gears of War
Some others that I cant remember but the majoriy of them are on PS2 :)
