edit: it's usually only one person per server though.
The black one is a one-off, the only time you'll ever see it now is if a new server opens and a guild transfers over, takes advantage and opens the gates, and someone gets the mount.
On Khadgar where I am atm, I don't kow who got it, but on Turalyon it was a whiney little prot Warrior called Madden, used to cry when he didn't get a piece of loot he wanted.
The red one has the achievement because all the mounts drop from the AQ trash with a 15% drop rate, but the red only has 1%.
