Banned

I've been banned on my account for 'macroing' and I was told they have sufficient proof and when I asked what it was they said it was because I wasn't talking - But I was muted for the last 24 hours?
Is there a hotline or anything I can contact, thanks.

I hate how they often use the excuse of "you didn't reply when spoken to" as a reason to ban someone. Some people are just generally annoying on Runescape and I would just rather not speak to them. If you generally weren't macroing then I hope you get unbanned. :)
