Bit silly for Sulake to take it that far, fair enough but im sure he didn't do that much damage.

He basically exploited habbo using alot of programs and stuff.

They are claiming his program edited there habbo servers, which is obviously wrong, so ye, section 3 is about unauthorized change to media/information
the police arrested him, not sulake :P
