I've heard so many rumours and people going around saying it will be released as a PayDay+ rare and other numerous promotions. It's even made the habbox value for it go down.

people have been saying for ages that it's coming out as a loyalty gift and now as Payday+ i don't think it will come out again personally :D
It better not
i think it might come out, for the following reason...
in pay day plus they've released certain items that are in collections, such as a sleeping bag, an ice cream machine, maybe a dragon next?
chances are if they do release a dragon it could be sky dragon (because i doubt they're going to make a new one since there is already ten dragons, a full set)...
so, we will see? :)
