Reduction of internet, I love it, considering, I have become legal, and buy stuff off iTunes and now they ring :/?

I dunno about you, but I think BT are the worst company to be with. Their customer services are beyond terrible, and the internet connection isn't even that good. I'm with Virgin, and I know their customer service can be quite bad too sometimes, but at least there is decent deals, and decent internet connection :|.

Your supposed to get a warning first ?

Virgin where awful for us up here, but that's probably because I live 25 miles out the city.

Virgins awful for me down here too and I'm right in the middle of a Town with 160,000 residents.

Hmm.. are you on BT Option 3? Maybe I should turn the downloads down... what was your usage for the month so far?!

Did you get a warning first? They e-mail me every month saying I'm like a week into the month and I've used 7GB out of my 10GB. I'm wanting to change anyway, they're crap.
