Virgin Media astraweb users (20, 50mb only)

Anyone else getting some wacky speeds recently?

I'm pretty sure it's due to a routing change from level3 or global crossing (i forget which) to some "sara.nl", seems to be producing very unreliable speeds.

I'm not on one of these packages myself - I use Be with Astraweb and it's fine with me. However I had a friend ask me if mine was playing up because his was and has been for a while. He was very annoyed. He is on 20mb.

im with virgin media though!
and we always have stupid internet speeds but we been dissconnecting latley and i couldent hget on habbox all day :'(

Why? Seriously just why, I ask for astraweb users and you have no idea what I'm talking about so why reply?

However I will give you a hand;
Unplug your modem (and router if you have one), wait a few seconds and plug them back in.

If your broadband issues still aren't fixed:
Ring 151, press 3 (Broadband support).

I'm on the 20mb package and speeds seem to be quite normal for me.

Astraweb speeds? Cause if you're talking general internet speeds I am gonna be mad. If you ask me "u mad" i will say yes.

You need to like sort that out because well yeah, your always having problems. Get them to give you a new modem and buy a decent router.

It's aight, I get 100mb tho in Lisbon <3 just thought I'd say :P

Your probably looking at the max speed of your ethernet cable there.

Im gonna look like an idiot if thats wrong.
