Anyone with flashed 360 poo'ing themselves for november?

Apparently in November the latest firmware is being patched and there is ban waves.

I am generally pooing myself.

Well.. I dont know really.. Mines out of warranty, And i dont play on it much and every game (my friends) played on WASNT fake.

And i've had ghostbusters for.. Months.. and not been banned yet. But.. I'll just buy a cheap xbox if mine gets banned..
