Ok so, Basicly I suck at designing websites. I want to start making money so I want to make some habbo fansite layouts. Where should I begin, could anyone possible help me? Any tutorials? Any tips?

Okay once you have your site open, you must make sure you don't have exploits that are OBVIOUS, if you do, your site will be gone and deleted...
1. Try to get a good web host
2. Get a domain name... xD
3. Make sure their are no exploits... maybe contact a scripter or something, and then get them to check! (make sure they're trusted!!)
4. If you want to make money from a Habbo Fansite... you will want all the best equipment and users/staff... like, Departments (competitions, events.. blah), vBulletin (forum), Good layout, Good users, trusted Administrators... and you might want SSL Certificates for more security, they can be expensive tho..
But, the only way to make money is to spend money to get the site going

I see what you mean, well if you want to sell websites you first have to practise, I'd recommend doing this on your own computer! Its very easy to do for starts (if you don't have a host), or else you can get a free web host! Then just practise a little bit and you'll get better! Google is your main factor for now, and then, if you want to get really good and designing websites, and want to make lots, then get Adobe Dream viewer, its expensive, but its good, take the trial, its awesome! So anyways, after your done practicing, you can get your own domain/web host where you can sell your websites (example: MrJamezWebLayouts.com) then, advertise it somehow, and sell your layouts!

I'd recommend Adobe Fireworks if you want to make a decent layout without it being complicated like PhotoShop.
