How do you mean?
If you mean that you leave it on during the night and you wake up and its restarted that might be because of Windows Updates.
If you mean you are working on something and it randomly restarts it could be a hardware or software problem.
Windows/Software Updates or CPU overheating are the most likely reasons.
Never mind, I just opened my PC up, opened the processor and vacuumed it,
as well as the fan. :)
Thanks anyway! (:
Ah!
It started again.
CPU temp is average 21degrees/69F
System Temp varies from 27-33degrees.
CPU fan speed 1767. :(
Should I change to a better fan or something?
vcore is 1.328 volts
vbat is 3.008 volts if that helps.
You can't be certain its your CPU that is over-heating. Go into your BIOS and enable the CPU over-heating alarm. If it sounds then there is a problem. If it doesn't its a system problem. btw.. You really shouldn't hoover a computer out.. If it causes static electricity and it hits your board.. BANG! you have no computer :) Buy an air-duster :D
I'm good with my hands! :D
Yea, could you tell me what the causes could be?
This also tends to happen when I run the updates. - It doesn't prompt me to restart it just does it.. Usually it does ask me.
Could be a virus, but I doubt it, or it could be CPU temp. - What are the average temps?
Also could someone recommend me some fans?
Thanks!!
For one change the windows updates setting so it doesn't do that if you aren't aware of it. Normally it gives you a countdown :S, you could always try running a virus scan if you think anything might be on your computer but it's normally good doing a scan every so often anyway.
21c is very good for a CPU temperature.
