Basically I said how my billboard badge doesnt work (again) and here is my reply:

I hope so aled, I want 1 badge I can rub in noobs faces whenever I go on.
Never seen that PS staff before. I've emailed about badges before and got this reply and mine were sorted, although this musta been like 2008 time.
Everything to do with Habbo Help seems to be more trouble than it's worth... They just make it too awkward and irritating that in the end sometimes they don't even do anything.
Think yourself lucky for even getting a reply!
That's the same reply I got after asking why I hadn't got my comp prize and still had to wait another 2 wkd after that :P
i got that reply, month later got my badge (pet bone one) :)
Well, I think that is because Hotel Managers are the ones who award Badges... Yes, it looks an unfulfilled reply but actually could have the job done...
