Personalised White Band...

Does anyone have any idea how to make a custom " Make poverty history band " ? Like http://distinct.divine-illusions.net/ See where it says stop the hate.

No Because i think you have to make your own image. Thats what i thought you had to do. But then i read on i was like o.O
