I think the staff area looks a bit crowded and the 2 sofas opposite it looks odd. If you alter the layout slightly, you can fit 3. Apart from that, its great!
The public area, have you thought of facing the sofas inwards?

mm, before layouts have been done for space so you don't block but now you can walk through people so don't need to have a huge space for walking about.Quote:
