For my "noob" rares that I want to sell (AKA; Club sofa ect; ) I normally use Habbox, but for some stuff if I need creds quickly, I'll make up me own prices.
I use cheap rares for Habbox but for more expensive ones I use the marketplace as it gives information about the past sales, too...
No, it's inaccurate, although people use it half the stuff is under priced :(
Nope, nothings ever updated thats needs to be.
One trade higher and then its an increase, to be decreased you need loads of trades.
I go by what "I" see.
If i'm selling, and Habbox is higher than Marketplace, I use Habbox.
If i'm selling, and Marketplace is higher than Habbox, I use Marketplace.
If i'm buying, and Habbox is higher than Marketplace, I use Marketplace.
If i'm buying, and Marketplace is higher than Habbox, I use Habbox.
Very simple really.
Everything is updated, the Club sofa change has ensured anyway that every rare has been updated and rechecked - I also go over the values often and compare them to marketplace prices to make sure they are in sync, if they are out of sync then i'll check reports and look myself in trade rooms.Quote:

I usually check habbox then I check the marketplace. :)
When selling, i do the same as MikeyFusion by checking Habbox and then the Marketplace and sell for the highest price unless it is rediculous in the marketplace!
To be honest i've never trusted habbox values, im not been mean or accusing any of the staff of anything but from people who have previously worked here say that the staff vary the prizes depending on their furniture.
