99 Fletching

I have always wanted a 99 in a skill and fletching must be the cheapest and quickest one?
i literally started from level 1 5 mins ago and just got level 8 :)

I'll post screenies at level 70+

it starts to take a while when u get to a higher level trust me i have level 99 on fletching

when you get to 70+ please tell me how to level and not loose money, i wouldn't mind 99 fletching again on my current accoount.
