They can do that without mantinence breaks.

Yeah but its better safe than sorry just incase they mess things up. If you were in a building and they were re-building some parts and putting in extra security they would just leave over 7000 people in that place when they know it would be a danger.

Yeah i suppose. I wonder what they are actually doing.
