That would be me.
I mean, Stephen King.
I really like James Patterson, I think his books are great and very tense.
I also like JRR Tolkien, not just for the Hobbit or LotR but for the unfinished tales etc too! I think he's great simply because of this massive world he has created that now has such a huge following it's unbelievable.
Chuck Palahniuk.
Difficult question.
I did enjoy the Harry Potter books, I think they were written really well, so JK Rowling is up there somewhere. Another of my favourite authors is Ridley Pearson who has written three books called "Kingdom Keepers" - I've met him too :P
And I've just finished reading the Grapes of Wrath by John Steinbeck who is also really good.
Well I don't have a real favourite as I read all sorts of books but I am quite partial to Fay Weldon.
I like Ian Rankin books, the Rebus ones set in Edinburgh are very good.
All of the authors from Heat magazine.
Seriously though JK Rowling as I am not a massive reader but these are the only books which I have actually read, cover to cover.
Tell a lie I have read two of Anthony Horowitz books which I enjoyed immensely.
J. R. R. Tolkien and Naoki Urasawa.
