Send Habbo an email, nothing we can do about it here. Usually you get a code on the last page of the purchase process which you have to enter in to the catalog in-game.
Did you try logging out and logging in again? Sometimes that works.
It said. Offer was incomplete then it took my money....

Email habbo, I'm sure they'll investigate it as that's a large sum of money.

This happened to me recently. I emailed habbo and they said they were investigating and around 30 days or, I received my credits/coins and I think it was 30 days of free VIP due for the slow reply. They may take some time but they will eventually reply.
