If you get continous scam rooms and mods have to keep removing them, you CAN get perm ban :rolleyes:

Wheres the justice in that ? They should be banned for making the rooms, most people INCLUDING my rooms are just from noobs, basically, the story is this guy came in and I recognised him from other casinos and his opening line generally is:

'Hey, i had rights in here, i bought them a while ago ! can i have em back please ?'

I knew for a fact he didnt, because that was the first day I started to sell rights, and my list was updated :L

So I said no, and now this has happened, I see no justice in this..it was MOD-Scor who said this so I'm not sure if this is true but if it is..thats sad. '/

Seems to me that Mod-Scor likes to threaten people to the point that he scares them from doing things such as reporting people for making scam rooms and what not. Do not listen to him, they are not allowed to permanently ban you for reporting someone who is using your name in a derogatory way. I was very used to people making scam / hate rooms about me when I ran a casino, sometimes I wouldn't even be in the room but someone would lose a bet and decide that my casino "scams". I even recall a time where someone had avoided the filter and wrote approximately 40 hate rooms all containing profanity and derogatory comments. After approximately 10 reports in 2 days they finally took them down. Anyone who searched my name would find words that are deemed unacceptable and they sure took their sweet bobba time in having them removed.

Never met Mod-Scor but from what I have heard he sounds like a lazy dude who is easily annoyed. I suppose that's what happens when you are paid $50 a week to moderate a kids chatroom.

In actual fact what he is telling you is that he will ban you should you decide to keep anoying him while he is pretending to work.

Most n00bs out there dont even need a reason to make scam rooms as you've stated above Keith.

I hear you, and what I have resorted to doing amidst all of the weird and unjustified bannings is use a clone to make any reports or requests via the CFH. And I even use a seperate account for storage in case the event arises where I am permed for a simple mistake.

It's sad to see them make threats to you over the fact you are just trying to keep your name clean. So many people make scam rooms for stupid reasons, people used to try and bribe me into giving donations or they would make scam rooms about me.....lol....and why should I be the one getting banned....Pathetic really.

All I can say on this is, if this is true then I'm appaled.

If someone can get banned over NOTHING but a stupid rumour, its not like its proof. I could say someone scammed but that doesn't mean they'd get banned without proof.

It seems its guilty until proven innocent on this game, I'm really shocked at this, I get scam rooms merely the same reason as you, they think I'm the scammer because someone betted a scammer in my room, its not fair, its really not..I'll ask flaxy on her 9-1 shift, shes more honest and I've also found MOD-Flaxy said something different to MOD-Scor and flaxy solved the situation..

It's not our problem they are understaffed but they tend to think it's a good excuse to claim "Do you know how many calls I get?" NO! And quite frankly I don't give a damn how many you get, do your job and if you feel you are falling behind call for backup, if that doesn't work just shut the whole company down because these things seem like a simple enough task to me.....I know it's not their fault, but what do Mods ever do for us? I really could never find an instance where one has helped me except for the few times I asked to have rooms removed. And just like you say yourself, I was worried to annoy them because I had alot to lose and I would let them pile up and usually once a week I would make a request to have them removed.

As often as I see people get banned for stupid things, I sometimes report when i see someone attempting to sell an account or admit to hacking just to see if I can get them permed. On maybe 2 out of 10 occasions I have managed to get someone selling an account perm banned which is a very low number. Needless to say I use a clone account to make these reports, just to be on the safeside.

Yeah but when my pile up I dont get any bets because of this CONSTANT harrasment, its unfair..they should be the one with the warnings to be told not to make rooms.

Harrasment isnt tolerated in real life, why should it be tolerated on habbo?

All these 'rules'..I've only ever had one mod that helped me, and that was Flaxy.

How many calls they get, pft. Thats because greedy sulake only hire LIMITED staff so they dont break into there huge bank balance.

Lol, yeah good points. I hope one day a more respectable company comes along and creates another type of game that makes Sulake an embarassment.

If a big corporation bought Habbo Hotel from Sulake we would see improvements in the customer service and security fields. Respectable companies wouldn't allow this game to tarnish their image.

Well I've concluded my desicion, I'm gonna make a formal complaint about scor.

Keith is right ,If a Mod even threatens you that itself is Disobeying the Habbo way ,and using their Job entitlement to there Advantage.

Scam romos are not allowed also ,Thats why if you make one about soembody etc.. they usually say "Unacceptable to Management".
