Help staff usher in Chinese New Year in style! Wander the sacred halls in search of 6 letters that are placed in 6 rooms and that, put together, spell the name of the High Priestess of Snakes. Once you find the room the answer is medusa ............ but it's not working
It's saying everyone has got the prize :( does anyone know anything about this

Happened to me too. Some people managed to get it, some people get the same message we did.
Will have to head back to that room when it's all fixed. powertoo is here at the moment, trying to do something about it.
Just a heads up, lots of the teleports aren't placed properly (unless they fix it), you don't have to win or even go into the tiger/dragon moving room, do the snake maze (lose then go into the door tele) or hide from the snake (go into the rock tele).
Walkthrough:

Head into the rock tele
Snake Village
Head into the dragon tele
Mei Gua Street East
Head into the rock tele (ignore the snake)
Floating Garden
Head into the right rock tele behind the tall tree
Serpents Lair
Say "restart" then head into the door tele
Oriental
Head into the other door tele
Chinese Giant Chessboard
Head into the other door tele
Wang's Chinese Restaurant
Head into the other door tele
Snake tastic Lounge
Head into the other door tele
