The suggestions thread will close sometime on the 24th December and the final awards will be posted sometime after Christmas, along with nominations.
There is no set date and time when this event will take place either, so don't start asking for that yet! ;)

I would remove kindest staff seen as the votes for kindest staff and kindest member were generally the same.
