What is your favourite meat?
I am torn because I absolutely love meat and they are all lovely. At the moment though I would probably have to say a leg of lamb as it's so soft and juicy and is lovely with a dashing of mint sauce on top. Love salting the leg with some meat left on and gnawing away at it like a savage too.
