Whats the best way to get cash for a noob like me

Well I got 27/29 for strength attack and defense

49 for mining
30 for smithing
20 something for fihing
30 on cooking
35 for treecutting/firemaking.

So whats the best way to make cash.

I want/need 240k

I have 50k

I just mine and smith.. but then that barely keeps me alive :)

Mine coal or essence...coal is worth more, but essence is faster, also,maybe kill chickens for feathers (you can get 6-10gp per feather.)
