Glasses

This article is about how it feels for most people who wear glasses when they are asked:

"Why do you wear Glasses"
or
"can i try your glasses on"

Both Questions get very annoying and mostly both make the person who wears glasses feel really self consious and insecure when sed. I Myself wear glasses and have done for 10 years i dont mind wearing them as im used to it but whenever i take my glasses off i get stuff like "Ewww u look really weird" i have tried contact lenses and still getting used to them but i wish alot of the time i could have perfect vision. Dont get me wrong glasses are ok and are now at this moment in time quite in fashion but a few years ago it would be a different story where anyone with glasses are geeks.

the point in this article is to just say if you have ever sed "Why do you..." or "Can i try.." just think about what might become of your actions. All actions bring consiqences (ABC) :)

Ture, But people are used to you with them. After a while they will not be able to picture you will them on.

I have to wear glasses for reading the board[sp?!]. When I first got glasses my friends were all like geek!!! It wasn't nice, so I didn't wear them and suffered from headaches. I wear them now because I need to because its fuzzy when I look in the distance.

I luckily had mine at an early age but b4 that i wore an Eye Patch which was Even Worse as i couldnt see much at all

A boy in my form lets me wear his glasses all the time xD

i dont mind too much when my close mates ask as they go about it nicely and dont mither if i say no

Its annoying specially when you need them. They are like "please please please" And im like NOoooooooooooo

I wear glasses for everything. I am getting contact lenses.

This girl always ask me to wear my glasses, even on MSN, so I just go "What the heck is it with you and my glasses?" and she laughs xP

When I take of my glasses, people call me "pothead" because I look like a "drug dealer" lol. It's 'cos they ain't used to me. I promised them I'd make a skit of Harry Potter like I did with my "destroy all geeks". It'll be called "Harry Pothead and the chamber of ****". xP

I don't mind wearing glasses, I have trendy ones :) Although I will soon be getting contacts.

well i had my eyes tested ermm yesterday! and i need glasses but not to wear all the time coz im short sighted justto look at the board and stuff well at first i was like i'm gonna get made fun of but all my friends were really supportive and they said they would beat up who ever makes fun ;) lmao!

my brother used to wear glasses and he found it irretating when people were asking why do u wear them once and then a weak later youd take them of and put them on the next weak it was like a life cycle of glasses...
