I find designing websites really hard. And hardly know a thing. So I'm asking if you guys will create me a background for my site which must include:
My logo, A site navi including:
Home, News, Links, Community.
A box for the stats to go in, a box for a poll, And an empty box.
Also I have cutenews uploaded so if you can create a main box where the site pages will load will be great.

Real good sites slice up templates into layouts on a table then it never mucks up and looks way more professional, I would make you one but I don't really have the time.

For a background that would take hours for 56k hours to see...
Problem is the colours if you want me to make you a Decent one you will need to give me more information for what you want because i don't want to waste hours trying to make a good one you won't like.
lol it woulnt take any longer to laod as a background as it does here, it only loads it once then duplicates. athogh a colare changing background could be a littel annoying..
I surpose looking at somthink flashing would be wierd. Btw Im working on one now.
It would take longer if it flashs, for 56k users first it would take a while to load the page then another 10 minutes to load the .GIF ... Not a good idea
its only a 10.84 KB file? athogh im on BB so ive got used tio VERY fats loading...

It woudl laod once, the 10.84 kb file, then just reaplet over and over again, wich would ahve no affect on the modems speed.
No one uses tinypictures
But if you did then it will be ok it would take 3 seconds for it to load for 56k users
