Mods have private server?

what the title says on another forum it shows a mod with other mods in a bank with no on else about...

Not player mods but jagex mods have their own server for testing out new skills such as farming before it came out, currently they're testing out carpentry i believe :)

You can create your own server..you could call ''scripters/hackers'' do that and they can create phats etc. on it but it's pointless really ;) nobody can see it except if you take screenie and show others plus they're all alone on private servers. You can also make yourself into pmod or jagex one ^_^ but it's pointless like I said.

Its not illegal because you not useing a real Jagex server so it dosent affect your rs guy...

Actually it is illegal. It's like ''hacking'' on habbo or trying to make your own server on habbo..that's not allowed. You shouldn't go ask for private server on forums that follow rs rules [that means you're not allowed to discus this on here] and I doubt you could make a server, it's not that easy but some people make it for you etc., just watch what you download and before you open/unzip files scan for keylogger, viruses.
