Yep, it says that if you try teleport.

Yar try teleporting/using ring of life/duelling ring/ammy of glory/games necklace and it doesn't let you.

it happens to me i think ppl do teleother on you :S im not sure but happens to me wen i dont tele or wear no tele ammy

You loose runes even if they say no so there's no point?

wat if they have loads of runes :s still get xp?

It can't be other people teleporting you, you have to accept the teleport.

No.. it's when you're about to die (only in cw).. i was on 1hp an this lvl 10 kep'd hitting 0's on me.. so it kep't saying that even when i clicked continue.. (ended up owning him)
