New Silver Hobba spotted, New batch?

Hello, there has been a new hobba spotted around the hotel with the name Kaiora. I was sitting in Think Help, owned by Impetuous when a red headed mysterious person enters the room after I made a call for help asking about the Habbo X applications.

Perhaps there is a new batch of UK silver hobbas? I will post more screenshots if I discover anymore silver hobbas lurking about that I have not heard of before.
But, I would like to wish Kaiora good luck with the hobbaing!

The red lines show that the badges are in the same place as each other... But I thought the badges were supposed to be higher (Where the yellow line was)
