What type of forum??? What are you using which hosting cpanel? freewebs?
Download a forum package then upload it to your server using an FTP program.
Visit the "forum designing" or "website tutorials" forums for more details.

1. You need a host, I can host you for £3 a year, if you don't wanna do that I recommend AX-Hosting.com which is £12 a year
2. You need a domain (thats a .co.uk, a .com, or a .tk, those sort of things, that give your site an address
3. With my hosting an AX you get free forum installation, so you don't have to download anything for it.
4. A radio is not free, unless you host it from your computer, which I don't recommend as you need a Static IP and LOADS of bandwidth. Buy on from LC-Hosting.com, cheapest is 70p per month
You know sometimes when i goto school the connection is so slow it cant load the forum so i cant see the latest things i have to do, but what about if we made a staff only section on the site like a big staff portal with updates from the head whos left news etc. latest jobs because itll be easier instead of logging into the forum etc.
WHat do you think?
