How famous on Habbox is the person above you?

All you have to do is just rate the person on above you on how much you have seen him on these forums

1 - never seen him before
10 - i see all the time

Simply giving a number responce, or rating an avatar/signature is not significant enough to be classed as a Game. Thought is required, such as "Give a compliment to the persons signature", as opposed to "Rate the signature".
