Need layout for a habbo fansite. will pay 5hcs

Hi, I need a layout for a habbo fan site. I need it to be some thing like this

But better+ more boxes for a radio + site stats etc on the left hand side +banner at the top+ thing for the habbo copyrite thing or if you any other habbo layouts please post them:). Please post any habboish layouts. You can put copy rite etc:) if you thing i will steal it. Would be nice if its coded
And if i like it and want to use it i will pay 5 hc sofas on habbo (uk) +rep
