Ugh, they're horrible. I used to bite my lip loads then face the consequences(sp?) of ulcers.

I HATE mouth ulcers. I don't have any right now... the only mouth pains I have is my plate digging into the side of my cheek. :'(

I feel sorry for you. I would use bonjela, works a treat. ;]

Nothing like warts. Just small round bloated areas inside your mouth. Very small normally but often very painful. Haven't you seen the bonjela advert? ;P

Ulcers are caused from biting the inner bit of your lip or tongue and wherever the bitten spot was and it bleeds a little for a while, and then for some weird reason it becomes an ulcer. That's the only way I get it. Another way is from too much fried food.

They don't last that long - however I would like to know how long do they last? I'm not one to actually "time" how long it lasts, but I'm really curious.

Also are there any other ways of getting it?
