Can I Sue/Get Sued For Doing This....(Canada)

:( :( Well I got in a hugeeeeeeeeee fight with one of my friends and didn't become friends anymore. He started *****ing at my and stole my ideas/layouts for his own website(yes its a he and when we say website we mean MSN space)so i started making a WOS(wall of shame) and put him on then he started to threat me for kiking my A_ _ usally i dont belvie in threats but he wont stop so i kinda trash talked about him but didn't threat.I block his MSN and hotmail but he uses his cousin&brother as a threat. I dont want to talk to a teacher because i get the feeling my princaple hate me and my teacher doesnt really care and if i talk to my parents they will go to school and and yell at them but then i do the "bully" might threaten me again so is this kind of threats able to go to court? I remember my teacher saying you can go to court for threating any age when we were reading the book "the great gilly hopkins" but im not sure about ur place but im in Canada and laws between us/other places and us are differant so please help!!! he is also accusing me of a thief and people start calling me thief too. He said i stole his pictures but he stole my pictures a few months ago!:eusa_pray :eusa_pray

I guess it wouldn't hurt to give a try at talking to ur teacher....... :/

I swear in Canada and the USA always push to sue someone? It doesn't really happen in the UK that much because the case never goes anywhere. Or if it does, it takes like 5 years to compensate you.

yeah he use to be one of my friends
he lies and even threatens me also spam me with rude messages like F_ _ _ you and yeah.. he even makes up lies saying im a thief and many more

umm i would say yes because that's harrasement. But if you can't take it to the courts i'd say ge ta restrainning order and talk to your teacher

This is A lil silly for just stealing layouts it happens all the time but as u said its gone further than that. I would have a talk with a teacher or a close personal Friend or contact

Actually, she can't sue him for that. Only in the UK you can sue someone from stealing something because copyright is free and immediately added to things. In the US you have to pay, and I imagine the US and Canada follow roughly the same rules.

Other than that, ignore him. Stop having pointless arguments with each other and blank each other out. You will live in a much happier way that way rather than causing stupidly pointless arguments with each other.
