Any One Good At Making Avatars ?

Im like really rubbish at making avatars. So would any one like to make one for me please? erm i had a random thought how i would like it:
it will have two different sides, one side will be an angel side with like a halo and buterflies and one side of the hair in pig tails, and the other side will be like a rock-chic with like bats and devil horns and long hair on the other side.
if not i can change lol !
