They always sparkled, but if you were HC and had your badge hidden you could not see people's badge sparkling.

Gold HC is nothing big, just a load of frs lol.

Yes when you had your badge off they didnt sparkle, but when your badge is on they sparkle.

Completely true. The ones with there HC badges on most of the time also dress like preps.

You just have to have your badge on too see it.
If your Non-Hc I dunno if you can see it or not.

I agree, even if I do get HC, I don't dress in HC clothes, and I have the badge off. Well, I don't even get it anymore, haven't since about a month after Gold HC came out, all the glitches were fixed by then :( No 6 presents every day of the month, I had so many mochas.
