I could make you one for £6. Make sure u have MySQL Databases, if u wanna see a example of my work then go to www.bobblefm.co.uk and click DJ Login, that shows the login area but I can't give u a login account and password. Each DJ would get their own account and there would be stuff like PM another DJ, leave ure DJ Message and Read Requests. All pages like request page make sure theres a login seesion so it's very secure! Also, if u need any help I'll provide it.
