I think it might be for the hobba celebrations, on the secret page it says that some events are Hobba only.

ohh yes the hobba partys, some full room records might get braked there. most ppl in 1 rooms [that i know of] is 50. When gorillaz came to the hotel.

I actually think he was just bored and looking through them. There is no harm and it is slightly an interesting find.

It is for the Hobba Parties. Also remember when they closed the Habbo Kitchen this month, the burger bar a few months back. I guess it's what they use when they have to shut of a public room.

They used to just make the room capacity 0 Habbos, but staff and Hobbas can get in full rooms.

It will most likely be for rooms that they don't want normal habbo's entering, they can't set room size to full because so many other habbos can now access full rooms (Habbo X's, VIPs etc)

They may use the hotel for meetings with other hotel managers or something like that, or it will be something we can find out in the future :)
