buy 1k laws, and an air staff
go to nature rune island place
telegrab nature runes till your out of laws
keep doing that till all your laws transferred to natures
then alch magic longs

well right now im training defense to 75 then str to 80 :)
need 2 defense lvls
need 1 str lvl
if i get 1 defense lvl im 95 combat

na the best way to train mage is with ice burst in the abyss... i got like 20k xp with 50 spells
