i think there should be other ways of making money on habbo because i allways get in trouble for sneaking on the credit line and wasteng £1 every time i do it if you could earn creds fair and square like habbo games like the games on www.cokemusic.com then evryone could get creds because some atrent allowed to call the habbo credit orderline

All the money paid to buy credits go towards the fund for the site. If you stop buying credits, it wouldnt give them enough money to pay for the fund. Its just either cokemusic has lots of money, or they get it free.

If there was a room where u could win creds, the credits u win should be different to normal credits, and there should be a speacial range of furni that can only be bought with them

what some people sometimes forget is that habbo is buisness. You can't just stop the money coming in because as rt7 says it would closed and yes close it would. However, if you do something really good though like organise a fair giveaway and it's really good. Perphaps then you could be rewarded..
I reckon Habbo.co.uk must rake in about £5m+ a year = ££.
If Habbo can get a sponsorship deal for LOADS and LOADS of money = ££, Habbo may decide that, because they're earning so much already from the sponsorship, credits could be free, like on Coke.
But that's not going to happen, Habbo will want all of the money (They'll get the money from the sponsorship (££!) & the credits (££!) = ££££!!!!!!) Why would you only want ££?
If there was a special section with a bit of rubbishy furni in which you could earn with points, like ducks etc. why can't they do that? Like a reward scheme for not being banned, take points off them if they are banned, put points on for friendly habbos.

You can win credits by entering competitions in the newsie. Unlike Funky Friday, it won't cost you anything, and many of the competitions have credits as prizes.
I think free credits for maybe buying credits they should give you maybe a 5 credit bonus, but you see if they gave credits for free, then Sulake wouldn't be able to do there great work with Habbo Hotel, unless the Habbo Staff would pay for it, which they probably wouldn't.
Soro sulakes revenue is in the millions... maybe not 4 but it's around 1.7-2.0 :p

Habbohotel is a Business. They aim of every business is too make a profit. The only way habbo could make a profit without charging you is for adverts too clog up the screen.
And what other people forget is that Cokemusic is owned by Coca Cola - Which happens too be a Multi-Billion dollar company, so they can afford it.
Habbo is just a company trying to get some money, and you don't need credits to enjoy habbo.
Well there's always Inviting people, which can get you up to 30 credits for you can invite up to 10 people. You can also get a job on one of the Habbo Hotel guest rooms and the owner of the room pays you - though sometimes they don't . But Sulake just needs to make money, so I don't think free credits is possible right now. :eusa_handQuote:

Habbo DOESN'T have that much money and DOESN'T have a soft drink chain. So... $ for credits will stay.
I think you should be able to earn credits somehow but youd only be able to use them on certain things. And only be able to win like 5-10 a day.
