second one is a glitch i have seen the first one as well i think that has always been there it comes up and then goes to preparin room quickly i think lol

The 2nd one is sometimes happens when you log onto the hotel and your loading bar lags, thats usually happens. It can also happen if you click Work Offline, unless your on AOL. Its dont that to me the first one too.. I dont know about that.

I have had both of these happened to me, the first one is just what happens when you load the room when the second one happens. The writing goes wierd and you can easily fix it by reloading the hotel. ;)
