He will own around his lvl and maybe lvl 80-90's

100's I doubt it.

He would rather be better of staking :)

Range pot for extra help when PKing, I recommend staking with Karils bow, no special no pots no food no prayer etc.

But level 73 is still the level of most pures. You'd be good around lvl 1 wildy, but once you go up to 10 you'd get owned by lvls 67-70 with ice barrage.

IT does own as most melee pures has 60 attack and if you super def pot on top of your 40 def they wont be able to hit :)
