Well,most of the stuff on their is safe.
i think there safe but i dont think buying of another person is to be honist even tho i do it
It's moderately safe, otherwise it wouldn't be so popular.
You have to become skilled at what's a scam and what's not and so forth, which you'll eventually develop after using it for a while.
Of course it's safe.. they have ads on the computer and like its a site that is viewed by so many goverment people so if it isnt safe it would be on the news and already closed by now.. :d

If you look for someone with a high feedback score and there are good images of the item you want to buy / bid on then it should be fine.
Ebay try their hardest to get rid of the scammers etc.
