Nah i think im rather healthy.. Go to the gym 5 times a week for 4 hrs a day. I eat a balanced diet.. So no im not fat

All i know is the average weight that your supose to be at 14 for a girl if your the correct height well you know average height for that age is 9 stone.
Whereas I am 8 and way over average height for a girl of my age. So im alrite, well im not, i need to actually start eating a bit more...
Weel christmas has passed and I may have eaten a little too much :rolleyes: but wheres the harm in that. I intend to start exercising as of tomorrow, I'll just enjoy the food whilst its here ;)
However, I'm not fat, I'm 16, pushing on 6ft and I'm 11 and a half- 12 stone. I have a stocky kind of build too, more of a rugby player build.
