The characters all have the same head and bodies, etc... Easy to manipulate them. All I need to do is add the details such as direction and the appropriate features. I have a massive .rar file with all my saved work in, eyes, mouthes, etc... So it's easy to copy and paste them back on in the appropriate section on Paintshop pro X. :)
