I see white pixels om they grey. and some dodgy black lines around the bottom of the bobble. Call the Pixel Police! :o
I'm sure I've seen this before, may have been you.
I like it but the hats should not be zoomed into, makes them look lame. A few tiny pixel errors but that is easy to sort out.
The buttons are not aligned perfectly etc I don't think so overall it's a firm 6/10
I think the idea is good, and the general look of the catalogue page is nice.
But they look a little pixelated, and like propergander said, there are some pixel errors too.

Make some new hats and decrease the hats size by 50x50
The title, "Hats" and the background colors on it don't seem like habbo at all... try looking at the other pages in the catalog and make something more.. habboish. :D I do like the layout though.
