my new public room W.I.P

hi people this is my public room so far i still need to make the floor 3d and add shading and give floor some colour then finally design the room. please give constructive critisism and do not rate as its not finished the things i need to do are marked in red =-)http://img20.imageshack.us/img20/586...boroom23mo.png

light effects that you can see that there is an imaginary line on frontside watching, left side looks like the water is on tzhe bottom, right side is close to the floor (i hope you understand that, my english is horrible sometimes)
